LizardSquad, the group which has been making headlines in the last few days for all the wrong reasons, has struck again and this time, the group has managed to take down the popular streaming website Twitch alongside Riot’s League of Legends.

The group teased the DDoS attacks on the Twitch website before they went through with it by writing following on their twitter account:

After taking down Twitch, the LizardSquad turned their attention to the popular online game, League of Legends.

Previously, this group was behind the PSN and Xbox Live attacks as it bombarded both of the services with DDoS attacks which affected both of the platforms.

In another incident, this group forced the American Air to divert their flight carrying Sony’s John Smedley by issuing a bomb threat via Twitter.

This group definitely has some extremely skilled individuals, but the road they have taken will not work in their favor and sooner or later, they will have to pay for what they are doing to these large companies.

What do you think about the LizardSquad group? How long do you think they will be able to survive?
