Pokken Tournament is a Mix of Pokemon and Tekken, First Trailer Revealed
The long awaited Pokemon and Tekken based arcade title called Pokken Tournamnet has been officially revealed, and it is looking really awesome.
The announcement of the game was accompanied by the first look on the title, which showcased how the fighting system of the game will look and feel when the final product is released.
The game is being developed for the fighting genre fans, as at the announcement ceremony, Pokemon Company CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara was with Tekken Chief Producer Katsuhiro Harada and Producer of Soul Calibur Masaaki Hoshino.
The biggest names in Japan who have contributed so much to gaming, especially the fighting genre coming together will surely bring something new and unique to the table.
Currently, the Pokken Tournament is slated for release in Japanese arcades sometime next year and it is very rare for a Japanese arcade game to be released in the West.
However, if this game really piques the interest of the fans, then there is a possibility that we very well may see this title releasing outside of Japan.
What do you think of the first look trailer of the Pokken Tournament? Do you like to see this game releasing outside of Japan?
