The Elder Scrolls Online Gifts Pets to Long Term Subscribers
Not that any of us would need something like that to make us play the game, but Zenimax wants to reward those who have been loyal to the game for a long time. Their way of doing so is through gifts, and this time they are gifting you free pets.
To be specific, the first gift that they have announced is for a subscription that is three months old. Everyone who has stood with them for that long will get a High Hrothgar Wraith vanity pet.
As you might have already guessed, this is not going to be the only gratuitous reward that the developers will be giving out. Another gift is expected to be announced soon for the six months subscription time, as the announcement post reads:
“Starting in September, we’ll begin emailing all eligible paid subscribers about the first of our loyalty rewards. Every paid account that has been subscribed for three months will receive a High Hrothgar Wraith vanity pet that will let you show your dedication to saving Tamriel wherever you adventure in-game. The loyalty program will keep expanding over time, so keep an eye out for more tokens of our gratitude if you’re a longtime player. Our next reward will be granted for those who have subscribed for six months—we’ll reveal it to you soon.”
Moving on, this time period doesn’t include the game time that is included with the purchase of The Elder Scrolls Online or any other complimentary game time. Though on the upside, your subscription needs not to be active all along in order for you to be eligible.
The Elder Scrolls Online has been out for PC since April 4, but is still to be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One – expect it around the turn of the year.
