By   /   Aug 13, 2014

For some strange reason a launch trailer for Lara Croft And Temple Of Osiris was released with still 4 months (Decemeber 9, 2014) to go till the game comes out.

Usually a trailer like this comes along when the game is launched so it is a little hard to put our heads around this move by Square Enix.

The Tomb Raider spin-off was given a release date of December 9th back in July. The game is developed by Crystal Dynamics, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is the successor to the critically acclaimed Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.

Lara Croft And Temple Of the Osiris is a four player Co-Op game, in which Lara travels to Egypt and joins forces with rival treasure hunter Cartel bell and two imprisoned gods Horus and Isis to defeat the evil god Set.

Players will have to work together and explore the temple, defeat hordes of enemies from the underworld, solve challenging puzzles, and avoid deadly traps. All the while, players will compete for treasure, powerful artifacts, and ultimate bragging rights.

In related news, Microsoft announced yesterday at Gamescom in Germany during their press conference that the Rise Of The Tomb Raider will be an Xbox One exclusive and the game was given a release window of holiday 2015. Till then, Lara Croft And Temple Of The Osiris is sure to help us with this long wait.
