Hyrule Warriors Gets Ganondorf as a Playable Character, Welcome the King of Evil

Nintendo announced today during the Hyrule Warriors direct broadcast, that the known Legend Of Zelda series villain will be playable in the game. The character was revealed with a gameplay trailer which featured Ganondorf and a Great Sword.

The famous Villain carries dual swords and slam fire balls on whoever stands in his way.

Along with Ganondorf (AKA the Great King Of Evil), other characters from the Zelda universe such as Zant from Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Ghirahim from Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword are also made playable in Hyrule Warriors.

It was also revealed that the fans who register their game on club Nintendo between 09:00 BST on Sep. 17 and 22:59 BST on Oct. 17 will receive a free Ganondorf Legacy costume set download code.

In addition, in Europe there are two versions of the game a standard version and a limited edition which includes a real life replica of Link’s scarf. Japanese fans gets an LCD Triforce clock while North American players will get one of the upcoming costume DLC.

Hyrule Warriors is all set to launch on September 19, 2014 for Wii U.
