Assassin’s Creed: Rogue Listed For Xbox 360 and PS3
A new listing has popped up on Swiss retailer “World of Gaming”, which indicates that Ubisoft is working on to bring Assassin’s Creed: Rogue to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The listing also reveals that new game in the series will release on 28th of October later this year alongside its next-gen counterpart Assassin’s Creed: Unity. However, no details were shared about the timeline, main character and story.
It was rumored before that Ubisoft is working on Assassin’s Creed Comet for last-gen consoles, but the project was never announced officially.
This new leak does seem interesting, but it is highly unlikely that it would be true because October is just two months away, which does not give Ubisoft enough time to announce and market the game properly.
Ubisoft usually reveals all of their major games at E3 and then release them in fall, which gives them enough time to do the marketing and release the trailers to showcase the gameplay to psyche the fans.
Currently, Ubisoft is working on to bring Assassin’s Creed: Unity, The Crew and Far Cry 4 to the gamers later this year and maybe after that we will hear something related to Assassin’s Creed: Rogue for last-gen consoles.
What do you think about this new listing? Do you think Assassin’s Creed will come to last-gen consoles?
