Naughty Dog is All in For Uncharted Remastered Edition, Never Say Never

When Microsoft is re-releasing all pre-existing Halo games for Xbox One, tell me one good reason why Sony shouldn’t do the same with Uncharted Remastered Edition! Don’t get excited though, nothing is confirmed yet.

Although it’s just a suggestion rather a wishful thinking, but apparently Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studio’s boss Shuhei Yoshida is all in for it and has suggested the project to Uncharted developers, Naughty Dog.

It turns out that people at Naughty Dog also seem to like the idea of expanding Uncharted community to Playstation 4. Speaking of the possibility, Naughty Dog community strategist Arne Meyer said:

It’d be nice. It’s always nice to find ways to try and expand your audience.

He further stated that there are remote chances that they will end up doing it as it is something they really want to do:

I don’t know how we’d ever pull that off but I don’t want to say we wouldn’t do it. I think if everything aligns, we should make an attempt to look into it and do it as well.

It seems fitting that Naughty Dog is not making any promises since the developer is currently working on bringing The Last of Us: Remastered to Playstation 4 and developing Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Furthermore, the developer has also shared the possibility of a sequel to The Last of Us.

Will you buy all Uncharted titles again for Playstation 4? Let us know!

The Last of Us is slated to release for Playstation 4 on Jul. 30, 2014.

Thanks, IGN.
