Tekken 7 PC Listed on Amazon UK, Latest Addition to the Rumour Mill
Although Bandai Namco has promised to deliver more news on its forthcoming fighting game, Tekken 7 at San Diego ComicCon 2014, the rumours of a PC version continue to surface online.
Just recently, Amazon UK listed the game for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and Windows PC, but as soon as it got public’s attention, it was immediately taken down. The listing didn’t contain any release date, but it did mention a £39.99 price point.

Fans also have Tekken’s Executive Producer and Game Director Katsuhiro Harada’s somewhat ambiguous statement to go by which states that Unreal Engine 4 will allow them to bring the game to multiple platforms:
With Unreal Engine 4, we can rapidly achieve the visual quality expected on next-gen platforms and go beyond it. Not only is Unreal Engine 4 powerful and easy to use, but it allows us to easily bring Tekken 7 to any platform we desire.
Considering if everything is true, this is the first time a Tekken game will land on PC which may open up several horizons for the franchise.
To me, it seems fitting that Bandai Namco should make Tekken 7 PC happen, since most fighting games like Street Fighter IV, The King of Fighters XIII, and NetherRealm Studios’ Mortal Kombat X are either already available on PC or scheduled to be.
Having something to do with Kazuya’s mother Kazumi Mishima, Tekken 7 will receive more information at San Diego ComicCon on Jul. 25, 2014.
