Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s Exo-Skeleton Skills Will Carry Over to 2nd Playthrough

By   /   Jul 21, 2014

With Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Sledgehammer Studios is taking a new route with the series and trying to bring a fresh experience to the players.

In doing so, they have added numerous new features to the game including an Exo-Skeleton, which not only will give players new options, but it will also provide constant upgrading system so that more skills and abilities can be added to your arsenal as you progress through the game.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s creative director Bret Robbins shared some details on how this new feature is going to work in the game.

One thing that is new with the campaign is that we’re introducing an upgrading system. Through the exoskeleton you can increase its power; you can earn upgrade points by completing challenges and customize your exoskeleton. By end of the game you’re much more powerful than you started.

He continued on to say that all of the upgrades that you will do in your first playthrough will carry over, if you intend to play the campaign for the second time.

This means, that second playthrough will become more entertaining than the first one as all the Exo-Skeleton skills and abilities will be unlocked from the start.

This year’s entry in the famous franchise is looking very interesting so far, but we will see if Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare lives up to its hype when it releases for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC on 4th on November.
