Assassin’s Creed Unity Will Improve Weapons and Economic Systems

How long have you been a fan of the Assassin’s Creed series? Do you think the game’s economic and weapons customization system has been adequate so far? If you didn’t, Ubisoft is going to make sure they improve it.

Alex Amancio, who is the Creative Director for Assassin’s Creed Unity at Ubisoft was talking to GamingBolt when he shed some light on how they are planning to take the weapons customization as well as the economic system of the game to a whole new level:

This year, we’re really proud to introduce our deep and relevant customization system. This customization is about Arno and his journey. All the gear and the weapons that you can buy within the game have a real impact on your gameplay and the player will also feel the necessity to customize his own version of Arno in order to continue his progression and become a master assassin. Obviously, the money value of a gear will vary with its rarity and its effectiveness. Consequently, the economic system will be an integral part of the ACU experience.

While some of you might not even have given it a thought, some of the Assassin’s Creed fans have been urging Ubisoft for a better economic system as well as deeper customization options when it comes to weapons.

It looks like the part about weapons will really have an enhanced role to play in the game than the predecessors, let’s see how the changes to the economic system affect the game.

Assassin’s Creed Unity is going to hit the racks on October 28, 2014 for all the territories; it is being developed for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
