Tekken 7 Coming to PC? That’s What Most of Us Want
Tekken 7 was officially announced just a few days back and it was also revealed that it is being developed with the help of Unreal Engine 4, which created quite a stir in PC community as they started to speculate that the latest entry in the series might finally come to PC.
Now, it looks like that PC gamers dream might just come true, if this new statement by Epic Games Japan’s Taka Kawasaki on kdramastars is to be beleived, as he says that “utilizing Epic’s powerful engine, the game will have highly improved visuals and will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.”
He also mentioned that developers have been using PC as lead platform for Tekken 7, so the game will not be just a simple port for PC. If that’s true, PC Gamers are up for a real treat especially the fans of fighting genre.
However, do note that there is still no official confirmation given about this news by developer, but with Unreal Engine 4 possibilities are endless and we very well may see Tekken 7 making its way to PC, which will be the first time ever for Tekken series to be released on the platform.
Namco’s Katsuhiro Harada has previously mentioned that Tekken 7 will be releasing in 2014, but it seems quite unlikely now, as we are yet to see any gameplay video or news about the new features of the game.
So far, not many details have been provided about the game, but developers have promised to share more at upcoming San Diego Comic Con on July 25th.
