League of Legends: Patch 4.12 Released, Changelog Included
The latest Patch 4.12 was released for League of Legends yesterday and it features the previously mentioned ‘jungle timers.’
Previously players, usually boasting the support role, had to keep tabs on the timers of all the jungle camps and other objectives. Upon clearing a specific objective, a team would note down when the camp would spawn again. Such knowledge gives teams an advantage over their opponents since they can invade or initiate aggressive plays to control their territories.
Patch 4.12 includes timers right within the game and can be accessed by press TAB. As long as you have vision of the camp or objective, the timer will reset upon its clearing.
Ahri’s mana cost for Orb of Deception (Q) has been toned down, while her AP ratios are up by a bit. Alistar has received a significant buff in this patch. Both Pulverize and Headbutt now cost less mana to pull off and Unbreakable Will now gives a 70 percent damage reduction at all levels. Kassadin’s Nether Blade’s cooldown has been increased and Force Pulse now slows more but for a short duration. Kha’Zix is back in action with a significant damage increase to Taste Their Fear.
The largest change in this patch though is of Lucian whose attack range has been decreased by 50 but his movement speed, base health and attack damage have all been buffed. Piercing Light now deal 100 percent damage to minions with the new lower cast range. Relentless Pursuit now costs zero mana at all levels and does not reset on kill during The Culling.
Patch 4.12 also brings a lot of bug fixes to champions. You can read the entire notes by heading to the official League of Legends website.
