Dark Souls 2 Crown of the Sunken King DLC Screenshots Revealed

By   /   Jul 16, 2014

From Software announced the Dark Souls 2 Crown of the Sunken King DLC only a couple of days ago. Ever since then, the developers have been releasing dozens of screenshots for the expansion pack. Now we have received a few more.

The screenshots in question don’t really give away much about the story except for some seriously haunting images of places that you are bound to face either in the game or in your nightmares.

According to reports that we have previously received, there are going to be two paths that the players will have to choose between.

One is supposed to be the main path which will be easier while there will also be an alternative pat. This one is going to be tougher and is meant to be played cooperatively.

Along with the new story missions, new weapons and armors will also be introduced into the game. As a perk for those who are resilient enough to complete all three expansions, a special reward has been set aside for the conquerors.

Dark Souls 2 Crown of the Sunken King DLC is actually the first expansion of a trilogy called The Lost Crowns. While the first installment releases this month, the other two are expected to follow in the coming months.

Are you ready to get your hands on yet another taste of the toughest RPG of the season? Dark Souls 2 Crown of the Sunken King DLC is going to be released on July 22, 2014 for PC and on July 23 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
