Aliens, Trolls and Dragons is an Indie Game From a Witcher 3 Developer
Jakub Kisiel, an animator on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, today revealed his upcoming indie game called Aliens, Trolls and Dragons.
The game incorporates a third-person perspective with action and adventure elements. More so, Aliens, Trolls and Dragons features native support for the Oculus Rift on PC.
According to the official website, the game will be released episodically with the first episode being released this fall. The website makes no mention of just how many episodes there will be in total.
In Aliens, Trolls and Dragons, mankind has progressed to the stage where “we were able to reach distant planets and discover intelligent life.” In order to make contact, a spaceship is sent to the planet but crashes there due to unknown reasons. The crew is captured by the locals and you, the chief security officer, are tasked with “fixing all this mess.”
The first episode will have you figure out why the spaceship crashed, what happened to the rest of the crew, and if there’s a way to bring everyone back home. The combat is going to feature a sword fighting system that will be based on reflexes and timing. Later on the game will shift to futuristic offerings where the player will get hold of high-tech gadgets which will be essential to his survival.
