The Crew Will Receive Free Content After Its Launch, Says Ubisoft

Ubisoft’s The Crew is among the highly anticipated title headed to consoles and PC later this year and based on its never ending gameplay, developer has promised to roll out free content to the game, which will keep the fans invested in the open world racing title.

In a new UbiBlog Interview, developer reveals that after the game’s release this fall, it will receive a bunch of new content filled updates that will be downloadable for free.

However, this does not mean that The Crew will be without any paid micro-transactions, as Ubisoft revealed earlier that the game will feature paid content, but that will be optional.

In the video, the developers also discuss the recent coast to coast video shown at E3, which they claim was the actual gameplay footage and not CGI.

Moreover, The Crew will have option of free roam, where you don’t have to complete any challenge, don’t have to race anyone and there will be no UI. In this case, you will be able to travel through the whole country of USA without any interruption.

So far, Ubisoft has not revealed what kind of free content will be headed to the game, but all will be revealed, when The Crew hits the shelves on 14th of November for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
