Renowned PC gaming peripherals manufacturer Razer has today announced a new Atrox Arcade Fighting Stick for the Xbox One.

Detailing the new hardware in a press release, Razer revealed that they have gone with only the best components for their fighting stick. The new Atrox Fighting Stick boasts eight tournament-grade Sanwa Denshi buttons and an authentic Sanwa joystick with ball top and additional bat top.

Razer is also leaving a lot of options open for enthusiastic modders. With a customizable top plate and easy to access internal storage components, Razer has made sure that modding this baby will not be hard. The company is even throwing in a screwdriver for potential modders.

“We designed the Razer Atrox Arcade Stick for Xbox One on the same principles that made the Razer Atrox for Xbox 360 so popular amongst the fighting game community,” said Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder and CEO. “Professional gaming is growing rapidly into a global phenomenon, and gear like the Razer Atrox Arcade Stick for Xbox One will help fighting game players everywhere dominate the opposition in style, match after match.”

The most shocking thing about the Atrox though is that it will be available worldwide next month for just $199.99. Knowing Razer and its knack of overpricing everything, this surely was expected to cost way more than that. With tournament-grade hardware, the Atrox is going to be a first choice for anyone wishing to play fighting games on the Xbox One.
