Grim Fandango Remake is Also Coming to PC, Linux, and Mac
Double Fine has confirmed that its remake of LucasArts’ classic adventure game, Grim Fandango is also headed to PC, Linux, and Mac.
The HD remastered versions of the game were first confirmed during Sony’s E3 Press Conference, but only for Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita as console exclusive. The news for PC versions, however, comes directly from the studio’s Twitter Feed:
Reap your heart out! We're pleased to announce Grim Fandango will also be available on PC, Mac, and Linux alongside PlayStation 4 and Vita!

Grim Fandango tells the tale of a travel agent Manny Calavera in a noir-style manner. The game was one of the defining titles of its genre and was highly appraised for its originality.
Although not many details are available, it is safe to assume that the game will have enhanced graphical fidelity, sound art, and may be some additional content for the returning and new players.
There were no doubts that the game will eventually land on PC, especially when the game’s creator Tim Schafer announced that they were working on bringing the game to multiple platforms. I mean, it wouldn’t have made sense to miss out on a platform on which the game was born and bred.
