Battlefield 4 Dragon’s Teeth DLC Release Date Accidentally Revealed by Origin

By   /   Jul 5, 2014

Earlier today, a Tweet from Electronic Arts’ official Twitter feed revealed the release date for Battlefield 4 Dragon’s Teeth DLC. Although the original Tweet was edited almost instantly, we managed to take a screenshot.

Announcing 20% off on Battlefield Premium, Origin tweeted that the premium members will jump into Battlefield 4 Dragon’s Teeth DLC on Jul. 15, 2014.

However, the Tweet was edited almost instantly, stating that premium members will get access to the DLC, 2 weeks earlier than its public release.

Therefore, it can be inferred that public release of the DLC is scheduled to be on Jul. 29, 2014.

Old Tweet:

Dragon's Teeth [Old]

Dragon's Teeth [New]

Battlefield 4 Premium launched alongside the game, allowing players access to previous DLC which include Second Assault, China Rising, and Naval Strike. Furthermore, early access to future Dragon’s Teeth DLC and Final Stand DLC, exclusive premium events, and priority in the server queues are some of the privileges of a premium member.

While DICE hasn’t revealed much regarding Final Stand DLC, we have a ton of information on Battlefield 4 Dragon’s Teeth DLC.

Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Four new maps: Pearl Market, Propaganda, Sunken Dragon, and Lumphini Garden
  • Five brand new weapons
  • New vehicle called R.A.W.R
  • New gadgets like Ballistic Shield which works like a Riot Shield
  • 10 new assignments and Chain Link game mode
