The folks who pre-ordered The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, now have access to the closed beta version of The Witcher Adventure Game.

Exclusively available for PC and Mac, the multiplayer beta version is now available on GOG.com as a digital board game.

Currently, the closed beta is only accessible to those who pre-ordered the game on GOG.com, however, the company has announced that more invites will be sent soon. Those of you interested, should sign-up at GOG.com.

Speaking of the multiplayer beta, GOG.com’s VP Piotr Karwowski stated:

We’re really eager to hear your feedback, as the closed beta of The Witcher Adventure Game also serves as the first test of the infrastructure and services of the upcoming GOG Galaxy – GOG.com’s DRM-free online gaming platform.

Each selected participant will be handed over two keys so that they could invite over a ‘Friend,’ even if they haven’t pre-ordered the game.

The Witcher Adventure Game is slated to release sometime in summer, 2014 for PC and Mac, with Android and iOS versions to follow soon. The game will also release across tablet devices, but that’s not until third-quarter of 2014.

As for the pricing details, they are yet to be revealed, but one thing is for certain, the title will not be free-to-play.
