By   /   Jul 3, 2014

Nvidia has filed a new certification for a device called “Shield Tablet”, which indicates that the company is looking to bring its own tablet into the market.

This filing also confirms that this upcoming device will support wireless connectivity, which is now a major feature for almost every device in the market.

The Global Certification Forums in a new tweet confirms this new device as, Notebook/Tablet from Nvidia.

Tablet/Notebook combination could mean that this new device will have the ability to transform into either to give players both experiences on single platform.

The other possibility is that, it will have same features as Nvidia Shield, which is a handheld gaming console that was released last year, but with a bigger display to provide players better resolution and smoother gameplay alongside fulfilling the computer needs.

Nvidia is best known for its incredible work on designing graphics chips, giving video games an incredible look and realistic textures.

The company is also known for its creativity and it will be very interesting to see how Nvidia tackles this new tablet/notebook device.

What is your take on this new filing from the famous company? Are you looking forward to see Nvidia Shield Tablet?
