Dragon Age: Inquisition – Solas is a Rogue Mage With Exceptional Skills
The latest Dragon Age: Inquisition character spotlight falls on the apostate Solas, a rogue mage who until now we’ve seen in various screenshots released by BioWare. We can finally get to know more about the elven caster, who is living his life in the wilderness and under society’s radar.
Solas is described as an exceptional mind, who mastered his magic without the help of any tutors. He spent years living in the wilderness away from the civilized world, only to concentrate on improving his magical talents. He’s coming out of hiding now though, just to join the Inquisitor’s fight.
According to BioWare, Solas would had been the “happiest left alone to sleep in ancient ruins, searching for memories and knowledge that has been lost for ages” but the threat of the Breach in the sky had him step out of his closure. He realized that his quiet life would not last forever, unless he actually did something about the new threat.
The game’s Executive Producer Mark Darrah recently revealed that players will have access to more than 200 talents and spells in the game. This is to ensure your experience doesn’t get repetitive or monotonous.
The last companion to be unveiled before this was Dorian, the series’ first gay companion who will help you on your quest to save Ferelden.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is scheduled for release on October 7 for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
