Forza Horizon 2 Weather System Showcased in a New Video

Forza Horizon 2 was revealed last month and the developer claimed that this new entry in the series will be better than the previous title in every aspect and will provide an amazing experience to the players.

Delivering on that claim, developer revealed a new weather system for the game showing that it will include different types of weathers that will directly impact the players’ experience.

There will be fog, mist, rain, wind and more types of weathers in Forza Horizon 2 with each one providing a unique gameplay experience for the players.

The rain will behave just like it behaves in real life – it will fill the pot holes and will make the track look a lot darker and handling of the car will be equally affected depending upon the intensity of rain.

Not only your cars will get wet in a realistic manner, but also the drying process has been given a realistic feel as well.

If there comes a situation where rain and sun are both in the sky, you will see a rainbow appear above your car, as developers are looking to give sky a new look as well and do not want it to look blue all the time.

Weather system has become a focal point of many upcoming racing titles because it gives more realistic feel to the game and we will see how Turn 10 will be able to handle it in its upcoming title.

Forza Horizon 2 is scheduled to hit the shelves on 30th of September for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
