GTA 5 Independence Day DLC Rumored to Release on 4th of July

By   /   Jun 30, 2014

The federal holiday that the whole United States celebrates as Independence Day might get a chunk of celebration in the form of a GTA 5 Independence Day DLC.

Currently, rumors are afloat suggesting that Rockstar Games is going to surprise release the said DLC on the Independence Day of United States i.e. July 4.

The rumor was ignited by tipster DonisLive who believes that the event will be celebrated in-game with festivities like fireworks. According to him, source of his information is a leaked game script. The same happened in the case of the previous Hipster leak.

It is also expected that the DLC in question will add new vehicles to the game like the long awaited Attack Helicopters – ATVs are also expected. You will also be getting new sets of clothes.

The Attack Helicopters have been rumored before thanks to leaked images and as far as the clothing is concerned, I am expecting something patriotic like American flags and may be flags of other countries as well.

Check out the video above for a look at a freshly leaked screenshot that actually has the name of the DLC Pack in it as well as the source code where the DLC was leaked from.

Sadly, we don’t currently have any more information about the GTA 5 Independence Day DLC other than the release date. However, if it really exists, it will only be a matter of days before we know all about it.
