Google And Razer Teaming Up To Build A Gaming Console

Seems like almost everyone is jumping into the console gaming market, the recent one being Razer and Google in a joint venture to enter the world of living room gaming.

This new console will be running on Android TV, giving it a wide variety of streaming possibilities and will function much like Amazon Fire TV. So far that’s all the information released about the console so let’s hope some more light is shed on this partnership in the near future.

According to Razer’s co-founder and CEO Min-Liang Tan, this console will be quite revolutionary, providing an all in one package for hardcore and casual gamers along with those who are interested in social media, movie or TV entertainment.

Razer is pretty well respected when it comes to gaming equipment like keyboards or headsets, mostly for PC as well as some high-end PCs and laptops, so fingers crossed for their attempt at making a compact yet powerful console to deliver high quality gaming.

While the companies have promised an affordable price tag for the console, there is only so much they can do in terms of cost when it comes to delivering a decent gaming experience and not a highly casual one like Amazon Fire TV.
