Wasteland 2 Beta Now Available For Backers
As promised by the InXile Entertainment, the beta access for Wasteland 2 has now been launched for all the people who backed the game.
Many issues that were plaguing the gameplay experience have now been resolved and this beta test will definitely help in identifying other problems.
This is what developers have to say on Wasteland 2 Kickstarter page:
Starting right now any backers whose Tier didn’t include access to the WL2 digital deluxe edition can log into their accounts on the Ranger Center and find a Steam key for the Early Access version, under the “Donations” tab, bottom of the page. Note that keys will not be available to everyone simultaneously, if you instead find “available soon” text this is not an error, it will be available as soon as possible.
This beta will come with all of the content related to Arizona with almost 25 hours of gameplay and will include all the main features of the title.
Wasteland 2 is based in a post-apocalyptic world and will be played with semi-over headed view and you will have the option of rotating the camera in any direction you want.
In the game, you will be able to form a party up to 7 members with four human players and three NPCs.
Wasteland 2 is scheduled to release fully on Linux, Mac OS X and Windows this August.
