Splatoon is a Game You Won’t See Often on Wii U

Nintendo is a company that is not known for its shooting games, but that is about to change as Splatoon for Wii U, that was announced at E3, is getting a lot of attention on the media at this moment.

Splatoon, which is played in a third person perspective as you cover the whole map with as much INK as possible, while your opponent does the same thing.

The ink splattering will allow you to swim with fast pace from one end to another without being seen by the enemy as you try to get close to them.

However, you can only stay hidden until you are in your team’s ink, as walking on other team’s ink will not only slow you down, it will also affect your gameplay.

So the first thing you have to do as soon as the match starts is to spray the ink on as much area as you can so that your team of four players can take advantage of the map.

The game will have different modes to play in Splatoon, but not many details on them have been shared by Nintendo.

The gameplay will be fast paced and as you move through the ranks, more weapons will unlock just like any other AAA shooter out there.

Number of demonstrations of Splatoon were shown by Nintendo at E3 event and with what we have seen so far, the game looks very exciting.

It is good to see Nintendo finally working on a new IP that is new to its fans, however, you will have to wait until 2015 to get your hands on the game.
