Naughty Dog and Sony finally lifted the curtains off its highly anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End at E3 as we saw Nathan Drake waking up on a shore and head into the forest.

Following the teaser trailer, developer decided to share details on the story of upcoming title as Nathan Drake has been pulled into the thieves’ world yet again, probably for the last time.

Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.

The thing to note from this statement is that Drake was retired from his thieving expeditions after the events of Uncharted 3, which could possibly mean that he is going on this big treasure hunt for one last time before he retires completely.

Some of the most memorable characters that we have come to love in the series might also be returning and Naughty has the history stirring up things so expect some big surprises.

Uncharted series has been the flagship franchise for Sony’s console and there is no denying the fact, that it has always provided players with a great experience.

Visually, the series has always surpassed expectations of players’ and the recent teaser trailer shown at E3 conference blew everyone away.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is scheduled to arrive exclusively for PlayStation 4 by the end of next year.
