Final Fantasy Explorers is a New Multiplayer Action RPG For 3DS
If you think that the handfuls of surprises that E3 has brought weren’t enough, Square Enix is going to make sure that you get something else to deal with the cravings.
Apparently, they have had another title up their sleeves all this time, and it has been revealed only now. Final Fantasy Explorers has been announced for 3DS!
Jump Magazine of Japan had a whole section dedicated to the game’s announcement, and the scans went viral on the Internet as soon as the physical copies of the magazine went public.
Based on what the magazine has reported, Final Fantasy Explorers is going to be a multiplayer action RPG where you take on huge monsters in a quest to gather Crystals. The game will support up to four players and the scans have white mage, black mage, monk and knight in them.
It is going to be released in Japan, though you never know when the publisher decides to localize it in the western countries.
Being a multiplayer action role-playing game, I think we are looking at a title that will aim to mix things up a little by taking in the core elements of a typical Final Fantasy game and juggling them up with a feeling you get from Monster Hunter or even Crystal Chronicles.
This means a greater importance will be given to the co-operative play. Not to forget there are going to be monsters, quests and probably the all famed job system.
So far that is all we have been told about Final Fantasy Explorers but rest assured, we will keep you updated with everything that happens, as it happens. In the meanwhile; how do you like the game? Shout out in the comments below!
