Yoshi’s Wooly World Announced for Wii U, Coming Out in 2015

By   /   Jun 10, 2014

The second game touched by Nintendo’s online E3 event was Yoshi’s Wooly World. Being developed by Good Feel, it is a platformer that runs in a world that is completely made of yarn. Yes, yarn.

According to the developers, they first think that sets the it apart from other popular and similar games is that Mario games usually have a timeline but that is not the case with Yoshi games. Your quest will not be time bound and hence you will have the chance to explore each and everything on the game that you wish to.

There are going to be a lot of transformations in the game because Yoshi itself is made of Yarn and so is the whole world.

It was also explained how they have added the ability to add a second player to the game. This co-op mode will allow the players achieve objectives easily. This is particularly useful when the task at hand is particularly tough. Obviously that comes in addition to the added fun of two friends playing together.

Yoshi’s Wooly World is going to be released in 2015 although no specific dates were announced.
