One game that seemed to have Nintendo’s utmost attention at its Digital Event was Super Smash Bros.

At the end of Nintendo’s Digital Event, we saw a brief teaser trailer for Super Smash Bros. unveiling yet another character that has joined in the roster of the game.

Palutena, this new female character intervenes Link in the middle of a heated battle.

Following this small introduction, we saw Palutena showcasing her wide variety of abilities; some of which were clearly inspired from Street Fighter’s Vega. Windwhirl, black hole, and LASER sight are some of the skills at Palutena’s disposal.

In related news, Nintendo has also announced Mii Fighter for Super Smash Bros. which allows players to customize their characters in different ways, assign them specific skills, and join in the roster of the game.

Super Smash Bros. is expected to launch on Oct. 3 on Nintendo 3DS and in fall 2014 for Nintendo Wii U.
