The Last of Us Remastered Releasing July 29 on PS4

By   /   Jun 10, 2014

In a more bright moment during Sony’s incredibly sleepy E3 conference, the company confirmed the remastered version of The Last of Us to release on the PlayStation 4 next month.

Naughty Dog’s 2013 critically acclaimed action title will be once again telling its story of friendship and hopefulness, but this time in pure HD on Sony’s new console. It is also the first Naughty Dog has worked on a PS4 game.

The Last of Us Remastered runs in 1080p, features all new HD textures, higher resolution character models, as well as improved shadows and lighting. The PS4 version will also include all previously released DLC content and director’s commentary.

The Last of Us Remastered will launch exclusively for PlayStation 4 on July 29.
