Witcher 3: Wild Hunt E3 Gameplay Demo Analysis, Fight with the Griffin

By   /   Jun 9, 2014

E3 gameplay demonstration begins in No Man’s Land in 1272 where Geralt is tasked with pursuing blood-trail of a Griffin and eventually to take it down.

Just like its predecessors, Geralt is capable of brewing a wide arsenal of potions to heightened senses which helped him in tracking down the Griffin.

We got to see the expanded open-world of Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with Geralt’s ability to hop onto various rocks in his pursue of the Griffin.

While on his way, Geralt’s progress is hindered by some bandits which gave us an idea of what to expect from the combat of the game. We also got a taste of female NPC having a small conversation with Geralt.

The fight with Griffin itself was quite short and Geralt is shown heading back to the city with Griffin’s head after a brief cut-scene.

Suffering from continuous delays, Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is expected to launch in February 2015 for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
