Forza Horizon 2: E3 Teaser Trailer Features Xbox One Gameplay Footage

By   /   Jun 6, 2014

Microsoft will be revealing Forza Horizon 2 at their E3 press conference next week. Until then, to get a taste of things to come, here’s a teaser trailer for the game courtesy of IGN.

The short trailer shows in-game footage from the Xbox One version, which earlier this week was revealed by creative director Ryan Fulton to run in 1080p at 30fps.

Fulton though did not comment on the capabilities of the Xbox 360 version. Either way Forza Horizon 2 will look to overshadow its predecessor which was locked at 30fps on the Xbox 360.

“The biggest difference [between Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2] is that, obviously, we’re an open-world streaming game,” Fulton said. “We need to be able to drive in any direction at up to 270 miles an hour, if you’re gonna soup up a Veyron or something like that.”

Microsoft’s Xbox E3 2014 press conference will commence on June 9 at 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
