Capcom Announces E3 2014 Lineup

By   /   Jun 5, 2014

Capcom has announced its lineup of titles that it will be bringing to E3 2014 next week. The list contains five games that span across the 3DS, PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and iOS platforms.

They are:

  • Ace Attorney Trilogy (3DS)
  • Dead Rising 3 (PC)
  • Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (3DS)
  • Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (iOS)
  • Ultra Street Fighter IV (PS3, 360, PC)

Dead Rising 3, which was until today an exclusive title for the Xbox One, will be releasing for the PC this summer. According to Capcom, the Windows version will feature upgraded textures, support Steam Achievements and Trading Cards and support the functionality of keyboard/mouse, as well as a controller. We’ll see the game’s showcasing next week to decide whether owners of high-grade PC rigs will be able to attain better output from this resources hungry title.

Two Monster Hunter titles are of no surprise, seeing that the last offering from Capcom generated great numbers for the company. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is a completely new installment and is scheduled to release in early 2015. Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite is an iPad port of Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G which was originally released on PSP back in 2009.

As for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, the package brings the first three titles of Phoenix Wright on the 3DS. Capcom has pegged it for a winter 2014 release.
