Bioware has revealed a new area in Dragon Age: Inquisition called Redcliffe Castle, which is a very important stronghold in the country of Ferelden.

Despite being taken over three times, people still describe this location as Unassailable and claim that Ferelden is only as safe as Redcliffe Castle.

This newly unveiled castle is located between the mountain pass to Orlesian and Orzammar, which makes it a very important place for the country and it also serves as the “center of foreign trade.”

People living in the country’s most important location are described as:

The inhabitants of Redcliffe village are primarily fishermen or merchants who ship dwarven goods through the pass from Orlais to Denerim. When the entire village smells of smoked fish on certain late-autumn mornings, the merchants in their finery do their utmost to pretend otherwise.
