Mortal Kombat X Preorders Open, New Scorpion Screenshots Revealed

By   /   Jun 4, 2014

In the latest iteration of the fight-till-death game by NetherRealm Studios, the brick hard Scorpion is at the helm. Mortal Kombat X was revealed through a trailer yesterday and it had a fight sequence between Sub Zero and Scorpion. Now, the preorders of the game have opened and the page has also provided us with a couple of new screenshots for the recurring boss character.

Ever since he was featured in the 1992 Mortal Kombat, Scorpion has been the tough nut of the pack, or should I say one of the tough nuts. Yet, with every new game he gets better. As you can see in the artworks below, he looks more rugged and hence more brutal.

That being said, Mortal Kombat X preorders are now live and you can go to their official website to see which retailers are offering it in your region.

A fun fact: Mortal Kombat was the first game to receive a mature ESRB rating, ever. So naturally I am expecting the next installment in the series to respect the heritage, if you know what I mean.

How many of you have added to the Mortal Kombat X preorders numbers so far?
