Guilty Gear Xrd: Sign Feature Story Mode, PS4/PS3 Crossplay, 1080p on PS4
We recently found out that Guilty Gear Xrd is going to be localized in North America and that it will be release on both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 when it does. However, more information has apparently been leaked with regards to the famed arcade game.
We have picked up word on certain leaks from Famitsu that claim the game is not only going to have a PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 version; it is also going to feature cross-play between the two consoles!
This will make it possible for you and your friends to stop worrying about being on the same console in order to go head to head in a game – pretty cool.
Although Guilty Gear is purely a fighting game and we expected Guilty Gear Xrd: Sign to be no different, leaks suggest it will also have a story mode.
How that is going to play out and integrate with the game’s soul is still unknown.
Lastly, the console version of the game will have new characters (or at least one character) and PS4 version will run at 1080p. From that last part we are assuming that the PS3 version will run at 720p.
Well, 1080p is almost expected and the new characters are a good bit of assurance though that was expected looking at how Art System Works do their thing. Though the part about cross-play surely is interesting.
How excited are you about the release of Guilty Gear Xrd: Sign in North America?
