In this guide, I’ll be describing different shortcuts locations, where to take corner-cuts, and locations of item boxes. I’ve tried my best to cover everything, but still, if you find any missing shortcut or item box, let me know in the comments below!

Mario Circuit
Just as the track starts, you’ll come across the first set of item boxes at the first left turn closely followed by an Antigravity Section.

At the end of the bridge, you’ll find the second set of item boxes on the left side. This turn can be cut by boosting over the grass using a Mushroom.

Beware of the pit, though.

After the two ramps, the track will turn to right with the last set of item boxes just before the second bridge. Just as the bridge ends, you’ll come across a large right turn which can be cut by boosting over the sand using a Mushroom.

At the end of the turn, you’ll come across a Gliding Ramp at the middle of the track closely followed by Goomba Towers and finish line.

Toad Harbor
Just as the track begins, you can the right turn by boosting over the grass using a Mushroom. Your first set of item boxes will be located on the bridge with a Boost Ramp.

You’ll also come across a Boost Ramp before this bridge.

After the canopy area, the track will divide into two paths; the second set of item boxes will be on your right. The path ahead will again divide into two paths with an Antigravity Section on the left side. You’ll have to use Boost Ramps to get to the third set of item boxes on the road.

After dropping down, you’ll come across two Boost Ramps on both sides of the track.

Keep on going straight and you’ll come across an alley at the bottom of the slope. There will also be another alleyway on the right side, just before the finish line.

This area will be quite hard to squeeze in and you’ll have to take a sharp left to get on the main track.

Twisted Mansion
As soon as the track begins, you’ll enter a mansion dividing into two paths. Both of these paths will have item boxes and Antigravity Strips.

Just as the Antigravity Section ends, you’ll come across a large left turn which can be cut by using a Mushroom near the bookcase. This area will lead you to another Antigravity Section followed by second set of item boxes and underwater area.

The underwater area will divide into two paths, both of which will converge at third set of item boxes followed by a Gliding Ramp. I’ll recommend that you take up the upper path to exit the mansion.

Just before the finish line, use another Mushroom to boost over the grass on the right and complete this track.

Shy Guy Falls
You’ll come across the first set of item boxes right at the beginning of the track closely followed by a left turn and a right turn. This right turn can be cut by boosting over grass using a Mushroom. This turn on the right side has an Antigravity Strip and a ramp leading to a waterfall carrying many Boost Pads.

The second set of item boxes will be at the top of the waterfall followed by a wooden bridge leading to another waterfall and a Gliding Ramp. Land on the lower path instead of heading inside the cave and you’ll find third set of item boxes at the end.

To the right side of the third set of item boxes, you’ll be able to boost over the grass over a ramp by using a Mushroom. Just before the finish line, the right turn can be cut by using a Mushroom.
