MotoGP 14 Slated for June, 2014 Release

Milestone has announced the release date for its upcoming bike-racing title MotoGP 14 in the new teaser trailer.

Releasing on June 2014, the latest iteration of the MotoGP franchise will include Riders, Teams and Race Circuits from this year’s MotoGP World Championship.

Along with over 100 riders, the game also features racers from last year’s installment as well as Past MotoGP Champions, every MotoGP bike manufacturer and 18 tracks to race on at launch.

The game will include the Moto2, Moto3 and MotoGP classes from the game. Last year MotoGP 13 received bad ratings from critics and players alike for its outdated visuals, bad sound quality other technical issues.

This time, Milestone aims to address those complaints with a new visual engine that will improve the lighting and shading of the game, revamped physics and a new sound engine as well.

Players also complained about MotoGP 13 lacking depth, MotoGP 14 will include a new Scenario Mode alon gwith the base game modes. In the Scenario Mode, players are put in a variety of scenarios based on past MotoGP Events. The rest of the modes are similar to MotoGP13. The game features a 12 player online mode and a 2 player local multiplayer.

MotoGP 14 releases on the PC, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita in June. There are no announcements yet on whether the game will release on the Xbox One.
