Magicka: Wizard Wars Enters Into Open Beta With A Brand New Trailer

By   /   May 28, 2014

Magicka: Wizard Wars has entered into open beta allowing players to get hands-on experience of the game’s PvP mode and improve it with feedback.

The spell casting system in the game is directly taken from 2011’s Magicka in which you can combine different spells to create unique variations of the combo-spells.

Wizard Wars brings new weapons, magicks and robes for the players who decide to invest a lot of time in the game. If you do not have enough time and still want to try everything, you can purchase them from the get go!

However, be careful while using your spells in the battlefield because all your moves will not only damage your enemies but also your team mates.

Friendly fire is an interesting feature usually found in the first person shooters. Adding them to Wizard Wars may be to limit the spam potential of combo spells.

The game features two modes – a team-based 4 Vs 4 mode and a 1 Vs 1 duel between two players.

Magicka: Wizard Wars has making of a very fun and entertaining game but you don’t have to take my word for it, head over to game’s Steam page and download it for yourself to create your own opinion.
