The Wolf Among Us Retail Version Listed for Playstation 4 and Xbox One

By   /   May 28, 2014

Multiple Retailers in North America have listed The Wolf Among Us, the episodic adventure game from Telltale games, for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One on their sites.

The listing showed up on GameStop, Best Buy and GameFly which strongly hints at a retail release of the game along with the series compilations for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Telltale games is known for releasing its titles only via Digital-Download and the listing comes before any announcement of a retail release of the game was made.

The story is centered around Big Bad Wolf also known as Bigby Wolf, the Sheriff of Fabletown. He is tasked with keeping Fabletown a secret from the rest of the world and is responsible for law and order in the town.

The game follows the same formula used in The Walking Dead series where the player’s choices affect the game’s story. As of now, there are 4 out of 5 episodes of the game have been released with the fifth episode expected to release in Q3 2014. The Wolf Among Us is currently available on the PC, Mac, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation Vita and iOS devices.
