Ubisoft Unleashes the Launch Trailer for Watch Dogs

By   /   May 22, 2014

With only a few days until the release day, Ubisoft wants to make sure that the hype train stays fueled up for Watch Dogs.

The launch trailer is just another addition to the list of trailers, recapping everything shown in the announcement, E3, multiplayer, character and Chicago trailers.

The launch trailer however, hints at how the game’s villains connect with Aidan Pierce. He mentions how he had seen something that he shouldn’t have which results in his niece getting killed. What he saw will be found out once we get our hands on the game.

Using his hacking skills, Aidan hacks into the City’s Central operating System, the ctOS, which gives him control of pretty much every electronic piece of equipment in the city, with the whole city as his weapon, Aidan sets out on a quest for revenge.

The game also features a constant multiplayer mode where players from their own sessions can join another player, either with or without his knowledge and either kill the owner of the world or help him with his mission.

Watch dogs releases on May 27 on the PC, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One with the Wii U version expected to come out in Autumn.
