Dragon Age Inquisition – That Ballroom in Halamshiral Looks Fascinating
Bioware has revealed yet another new location from Dragon Age: Inquisition, this time taking us to a place untouched by the war.
The screenshot shows a huge majestic ball-room situated in Halamshiral. If you have read Dragon Age: The Masked Empire, you will know it as a city in Orlais which was once a capital of the Dales, situated at the eastern part of the country south of the Walking Sea next to the border with Ferelden.
The city’s name is elvish for “the end of the journey” as it was founded by free elves after years of slavery which resulted in them losing most of their language, lore and history. More elves joined them across Thedas and then set on a task to restore their language, history and heritages in the new city.
Regardless of the location’s history, the ballroom does look glorified reflecting the taste of those great people. I can’t wait to see it being rendered through the power of Frostbite 3 Engine.
Dragon Age Inquisition will launch on the PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 on October 7.
