Bioshock Reimagined As An Isometric RPG

Ever wondered how cool it would be to run around Rapture, the imaginary underwater world of Bioshock, as if it was an isometric RPG? Well wonder no more, for the team of developers called The Brotherhood has recreated that world for you.

Even after months of Irrational Games being shut down, their famous Bioshock series is still fresh in players mind and what better way to keep it that way than an old school isometric RPG render of its world.

The developer’s re-imagining in the form of a bird’s eye view of our favorite underwater fallen city presents a dark theme with detailed lightning and art.

Gives sort of a horror-esque feel to the game, perhaps to promote the developers upcoming title Stasis.

Previously, gamers have glimpsed how Bioshock looks when recreated using the Unreal Engine 4, which although looked pretty great, but it lost appeal which the carefully handcrafted atmosphere of Rapture had.

In order to promote their upcoming isometric horror game Stasis, the team at The Brotherhood have recreated a few other titles into isometric RPGs as well, which include Bioshock, Bioshock Infinite and Assassin’s Creed IV.

These transformations can be seen here on the official website for Stasis.
