Watch_Dogs World Map Leaked Via Twitch Stream, Beta Graphics Don’t Represent Final Version
Ubisoft’s open-world third-person shooter Watch_Dogs is close at hand and the never-ending series of leaked information does not seem to settle down.
GearNuke has apparently captured a bunch of screenshots from a Twitch Stream supposedly running beta version of the game on PS4.
The captured screenshots not only show in-game car menu, but also showcase different chunks of the world-map and to-do activities.
While jotting down impressions of the Playstation 4 beta, SniperHunter of NEOGAF writes that frame-rates of the game were solid and there weren’t any frequent drops.
The AI cops are intelligent and pursuits are a lot of fun. Perfectly hacking traffic signals and bollards triggers a slow-motion mode that shows cops car crashing and burning.
Chicago seems alive with loads of pedestrians; more than we have seen in Grand Theft Auto V.
As for the much anticipated multiplayer mode, there is a one-on-one game mode in which players hack into another player’s device within a confined radius and must remain hidden until the hack reaches 100% completion.
Killing the victim leads to failing the mission.
SniperHunter also added that anti-aliasing and textures are pretty bad, but do not let this worry you since Ubisoft has Sent Out an Email to beta testers which confirms that graphics are purposely downgraded for the beta version:
Please note that the graphics have been downgraded for this Beta version and do not represent final graphics.
Check out the gallery below for all the captured images from the Twitch Stream. I have also linked the Twitch Stream, but for some reason, it does not load for me. Maybe Twitch has removed it since it is a violation of rules set by Ubisoft.
However, I have managed to find a 10 minutes recorded gameplay from that very Twitch Stream which you can check above!
Watch_Dogs is scheduled to release on May 27 for Xbox One, Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC with Wii U version to follow soon.
