Gearbox in collaboration with The Academy of Art University has released its series of Borderlands animated short films.

These student-produced animated films were announced in March, Last Year. These students were not only assigned with the production, but were also required to come up with a script with the winning team to be offered an internship opportunity at 2K Studios.

The three animated movies dubbed as: Borderlands – Tales from the HQ: Loose Cannon Claptrap, Borderlands – Tales from the HQ: The Darkest Day, and Borderlands – Tales from the HQ: The Bride of Frankentrap have gone live on Machinima’s YouTube Channel.
