Halo: The Master Chief Collection Coming to Xbox One in 2014?

By   /   May 16, 2014

Regardless, how excited you get after reading this, keep in mind that the news is just a rumor for the time being as we don’t have any official confirmation yet – so, it should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Yes, you read that right, Halo 5: Guardians or the not so doubtful Halo 2: Anniversary Edition aren’t the only things that Microsoft has to offer on Xbox One.

According to Engadget, Halo: The Master Chief Collection will also be released on Microsoft’s latest console. The collection will include all 4 Halo games featuring Master Chief.

As far as release date or any other information is concerned, nothing much has been revealed except for the part that it is expected this year. It will make much sense if the rumored collection arrives before the release of Halo 5 as fans would love to revisit the predecessors preparing themselves for the latest iteration.

Now, if the collection is a real deal, what about the rumored Halo 2: Anniversary edition on Xbox One? Only one of these could be true, right?

Could it be that Microsoft decided to go with Halo 2: Anniversary first and now they have changed the decision? Well, answers to these questions can only be speculated until we receive any official word. Hopefully, E3 2014 will solve these mysteries for us.

In the meanwhile, do let us know which games you would prefer to play on Xbox One in the Halo series and why?
