Batman: Arkham Knight Screenshots Show China Town and Batmobile Challenges
Developer Rocksteady has shared a couple of never-seen-before images of the Dark Knight on Batman: Arkham Knight official Facebook page.
The images in discussion confirm the presence of Chain Town in Gotham City and a whole new set of Riddler’s Challenges exclusively designed to test the true potential of Bat Mobile.
The first image showcases Batman standing in the midst of China Town with all sorts of lustrous neon-signs around him.
The dull greyish background with all these colors on the front gives the screenshot its own distinctive feel. Personally, I believe this particular area will be much livelier than rest of the Gotham City.
China Town, Gotham North. A hotbed of crime and decadence, lit by the glowing neon of seedy casinos and short-stay hotels. Tonight, the Batman has business here. What does Gotham City mean to you?
The second image showcases the blazing Bat Mobile in some sort of underground sewers. Although the image is quite dull in the background, you can still see tiny green arrows on the walls which kind of hint that it is some sort of Time Trial Race Challenge.
You will also see an image on the wall which I guess is The Riddler himself. The caption of the screenshot reads:
Reigniting his rivalry with the World’s Greatest Detective, Riddler has focused his insane genius into engineering deadly challenges for the Batmobile. If he can take down the machine, can he break the man?
Batman: Arkham Knight is slated to release on October 14, 2014 for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
