Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire Coming To 3DS This Fall

By   /   May 8, 2014

After a lot of wait, finally Nintendo has announced that they will be bringing their famous title of Game Boy Advance Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire to the Nintendo 3DS, this fall.

The developer of the game, Pokémon Company is describing the latest remake of both the titles as a “fresh take” on the original title.

Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire version was released over a decade ago in 2003, where it played a lot like the previous games in the series with the third person over the head view.

The biggest change in the game was made in the battle mechanics, as the developers added a new double battle system, which allowed the parties to use two Pokémon at the same time while in the fight.

Just like its predecessors, the game follows a real life timeline that has direct effect on the different events in the game like the growth of a berry plant.

Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire is set in the region of Hoenn, which is very near to the Kanto and Johto regions that were part of the previous games in the franchise.

Will you be playing the game when it arrives for the Nintendo 3DS this November? Let us know in your comments!
