International Challenge 2014 For Pokemon X and Y Set to Begin May 8
Want to be the very best? Do you think you have what it takes? Time to test your mettle against thousands of other Pokémon trainers. Yes that is right; The Pokémon Company has unveiled the newest of its competitive events held online throughout the world.
The 2014 International Challenge May is the latest event being held for fans of Pokémon X and Y for the 3DS. Any player with a copy of Pokémon X or Y can participate in the tournament which will take place on Friday 16th may till Sunday 18th may.
Registration for the tournament begins May 8th 2pm CET and a total of 50,000 participants are allowed.
Entry will be on a first come first serve basis so interested trainers should not wait for the last date of registration which is 15th May and instead should register as soon as possible. Since the battles will be held online with players from all across the world, participants should make sure they and their Pokémon’s are fit for duty for long hours.
Following the typical Pokémon battle rules, all battles will be in a Double Battle format and only the Pokémon’s from Kalos Pokedexes are allowed to enter. This means that Pokémon’s from Pokémon Transporter or Pokémon Banks from previous titles will not be allowed.
